The quality of the meat is excellent, and the seasoning on the dishes is spot on—well-balanced, without being overpowering or too heavy-handed. I have eaten at 4 Korean restaurants. The Blazin Korean BBQ is by far the best. In Monroe right off Hwy 2 it has the freshest seafood and kimchi. I can’t wait to go back.

I’ve been ordering here for weeks. The quality is excellent and consistent. Their to-go packaging is the best I’ve seen around Seattle — even the Korean pancake comes in a pizza box! Japchae with beef was amazing, and their Korean fried chicken is absolutely worth the trip to Monroe. This place is a true gem.
